The story

Why this book nook

It starts as a flat box of laser-cut pieces and ends as a secret world that lives between your books — a glowing alley, a quiet shop, a window into somewhere else. The fun is in the building; the reward is the second glance it earns on your shelf for years.

Everything in the boxPre-cut parts, accessories and picture-led instructions — beginner-friendly from the first piece.

A few quiet eveningsCalm, absorbing, screen-free hours — the kind of project you look forward to all day.

Droicc Hall of Eternity DIY Book Nook Kit with LED is a two-level Egyptian pyramid with a Judgment of Osiris courtroom above and a hidden tomb below, complete with a sarcophagus, canopic jars and burial offerings.

Why it is listed here

Most book nooks show a single street or room, while this one stacks a temple courtroom over an underground tomb. Printed hieroglyphs, murals and relief details cover the sides, so it holds up as a piece viewed from more than one angle. Warm LEDs in the braziers, throne and crypt pick out both levels rather than one backdrop.

What the build involves

Have 2 AAA batteries ready, since they are not in the box. The listing gives no piece count or build time, so leave extra time and follow the step-by-step instructions level by level. Its pyramid footprint is over 8 inches wide, so plan on a desk or deep shelf rather than a gap between books.
