My Cutebee does not sell anything and cannot process a return. Every kit listed here is bought on Amazon, so your order, your payment and your return are all with Amazon or the seller you bought from.
That is not a way of passing you on – it is genuinely where your order exists. We have no record of it, no way to look it up, and no ability to refund it.
Where your return is handled
Open Your Orders in the Amazon account you used, find the item, and choose the return or refund option shown against it. Amazon will tell you what applies to that specific order – the window, whether return shipping is covered, and whether the seller handles it directly.
Return terms are set per item and per seller and they change, which is why we do not repeat them here. The terms shown on the listing and at checkout are the ones that count.
If the kit arrived damaged or with parts missing
Missing pieces are common enough with laser-cut kits that most makers deal with them directly, and that is usually faster than a return. Before you start, photograph the packaging and the parts sheet as you found them.
Two routes are worth trying in this order:
1. Contact the seller through Amazon. Many will send replacement parts rather than process a return, and you keep the rest of the kit.
2. Check the manual for a manufacturer contact. Several kit makers run their own parts-replacement service, listed inside the instruction booklet rather than on the box.

If you changed your mind about a kit
That is an ordinary Amazon return and is handled entirely in Your Orders. If it helps for next time, our beginner guide explains which kits are more forgiving to start with, and most listings publish a piece count and build time that are worth checking before ordering.
