Why it is listed here

Warm white is the color that reads as lamplight or candlelight at miniature scale, so this is the safe default for cottages, shops and libraries. The cap-twist switch means no wiring at all, and the spare cells cover the first round of replacements.

Using it on a kit

Remove the small plastic tab before first use – the lights will not work while it is fitted. Hide each light behind a lampshade, inside a fireplace or above a ceiling panel, and hold it with a dot of removable putty so you can still reach the cap to switch it off and change cells. In a book nook, one or two of these per room is usually enough for a soft glow.
