Why it is listed here

CA glue is unforgiving: once a part touches down it is placed. On a decorative layer – paper signage, fabric, tiny printed detail – a water-based glue gives you the seconds you need to line something up, and it does not fog a clear surface the way CA fumes can.

Using it on a kit

Use it for paper, card and fabric elements and for anything sitting against a window. Keep CA for the structure. The fine tips are what make it usable at this scale – the bottle alone puts down far too much.
